Shipping

Every order will be shipped with tracking.

At the moment I only have the possibilities to ship to EU Contries and Switzerland (Please note for Switzerland orders: that there may be customs you have to pay.)

But I do my best to ship worldwide as soon as possible.

Please double-check your Adresses,

Unfortunately I can not sent you a replacement or give you a refund if your order gets damaged by the post office.

A Refund for lost packages is only possible for: orders in Austria under 510€

or international orders under 100€.

Though I strongly hope this won't be the case, but sometimes things can happen.

If you order items with different shipping dates, the Items will be shipped on the latest date of your order.

Returns

Please keep in mind that I never take returns. Especially in custom orders I invest a lot of time and everything is made with a lot of love and patience. If you don't like your order I have to tell you that I don't take it back and I can not give you a refund.
